Beautiful appearance, yellow-golden reflections, abundant foam and fine. Powerful and pleasant perfume, initially fruity (white fruits, dried fruits) and then tending to the brioche and vanilla: an ideal compromise between the aromas of the grape (fruit) and those of maturation in the bottle (pastry).
In the mouth, the outspoken and dynamic attack fades gradually to give way to a fruity harmony. The wine has a particular structure which categorises in Brut family structured and dominated. The aromatic persistence is remarkable, orchestrated around fruity and spicy notes; offers an ideal balance between finesse and overpowering, making it perfect as aperitif or for a Champagne meal.
Champagne Brut Yellow Label - Veuve Clicquot
One of the best known Champagnes in the world, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin's Brut is proof of all the attention that the Maison pays to its production. A label produced in many copies, always excellent. Obtained from the assembly of 50-60 different Crus, it is Champagne composed of pinot noir, which ensures the typical structure of the wines of the Maison, of pinot meunier, which completes the roundness, and of chardonnay, which gives the necessary elegance and delicacy to a perfect balance. The reserve wines, used in high percentages (between 25% and 40%), guarantee the continuity of the style of the Maison.
